Delivery Times

In most cases orders are received within 4-7 days but on the rare occasion it can take longer due to postal system failures, and merchant specifications. If this happens to you, please email our customer service team for further information at info@smokiejoes.co.uk

The maximum time that you will be asked to wait before we can undertake an enquiry with the postal provider is 15 working days after that your order has been dispatched.

Please note: if your order is not arrived with in 15 working days, please contact us again and kindly confirm your delivery address.

Please Note: Your order may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at different times and by different carriers.

Our Cost

We only charge for the exact cost of packing and shipping. You do not pay more than the postage cost. The shipping cost ranges between 1 and 10 pounds depending on the size and weight of the package and the cost of the item.

Delivery Methods

The method of delivery depends on the size and value of the items. If items are small and low cost then we use Royal Mail to keep the postage cost at a minimum. If items are large or of a high value we distribute using Fedex.
